We have produced many water cooling products used for CPU and VGA cooling in the computer. This system can also be used in the server. For TEC technology is adopted, the heat dispersedness capacity can be 0.11℃/W. This water cooling system also can be used for transducer, high-power electronic device, medical instrument or the controller with high working environmental temperature.
Before filling the coolant, all the units are tested if it is leak. We use the HELIUM to check the leakage, the system leakage rate should be less than 5X10-6mbar.l/s. In order to keep less air bubble in the system, we use the vacuum machine to fill the coolant. The coolant is factory filled and sealed. Because we use the anti-penetrated rubber tube, the cooling system is maintenance free. The pump is the heart of the cooling unit. The noise is lower than 25dB and the MTBF is 50000 hours for the ceramic bearing and shaft are used. The customer can install the monitor software and use the USB module to adjust the fan’s speed, which can get the best cooling and lowest noise.
