The VMI managerial system is a value added service which JUNLY provide for you.We will in the light of client’s every C components assembly such as average volume of every month which used by fastening piece to set up storage racks in the storehouse of client or in the production line.Depending on every material，we will have stock for two or three months in reserve and dispatch our personnel in charge of supplementary and issuance of materials.What’s more，our personnel will replenishment material every week according to material’ consumption in order to guarantee safety stock of every material.After checking with client，our company will settle up the bill according to material consumption of every month .The whole process not include the traditional mode of P.O, our company only need to in charge of production and stock preparation according to the week or month plan which provided by our client. All spot material belong to our company’asset，The material will become asset of client only when the client draw the material.So the client can realize zero inventory
when you stock material in our company.

The finance will receive several invoices in the mode of traditional P.O，while our company will invoiced only once every month in the mode of VMI.

Our company will transport the material to the scene，in this case the costs of logistic will be minimum.

Without order frequently when you need purchase some material.The buyer only need to provide the week or month forcasting use level of every material in the mode of VMI.
